With a real passion and love for houses and architectural styles, I quickly found the real estate profession. After years of working at other real estate agencies, I knew that I had the ability to distinguish myself with my own office. With a background as an interior designer, I see the maximum potential of every home. I also wanted to establish an honest relationship with my customers. What you see is what you get. Always striving for the best for my customers, but just casually wearing my sneakers. From this vision I started Yourhome Makelaars Amsterdam.
I have now been active as a real estate agent in the Amsterdam housing market for about 10 years. A nice added bonus is that we can take a look behind many front doors every day, from studio apartments to million-dollar properties. Every house and every client has a different story, which means that no day is the same and we have the privilege of working with many nice and diverse clients.
Whether it concerns a sale, purchase or rental, you can always expect me to tackle this with a healthy dose of enthusiasm!
With 25 years of work experience in real estate, it is not difficult to guess that the love for the profession runs deep. During those years I was able to shift my emphasis by continuing to develop myself. First outside the city, later in Amsterdam. In recent years, in addition to residential real estate, I have focused on advising investors and management.
With my experience and knowledge, I quickly see what our customers need and I can keep an overview for them. After all, selling a house is exciting enough.
This customer-oriented attitude is very important to me, because helping our customers is what I prefer to do. Always looking anew at what the needs are makes the work varied and incredibly fun. I am not satisfied until we have achieved the maximum result for our customer!
At a young age I already had a part-time job in real estate and I haven't left it since. I have always had a passion for homes and interiors, this combination comes into its own in Amsterdam real estate.
I have been working in the rental department of Yourhome since 2023. Before this, I provided internal service at Yourhome and other real estate agencies, so I know exactly how things work behind the scenes.
I am currently following the KRMT course with a specialization in 'Real Estate Agent', with the aim of working as a real estate agent in due course.
I like a personal approach and see it as my challenge for making the perfect match between tenant and landlord. I like to bring a smile to people's faces!
I have been coming to Amsterdam a lot since I was young, but since 2014
I really got to know the city well. Because of my training at the time

While purchasing my first home I discovered many things that I like come together in real estate and that is why I decided to make the switch

A few years ago I moved from Belgium to Amsterdam
to look for my true passion.
After renting something in Amsterdam and getting in contact with the beautiful
architecture of Amsterdam, it soon became clear to me that my passion
lies in Real estate.
I also love helping people with
searching for a home which fits them perfectly. Mijn biggest goal is to
give people a sense of home when they enter their
home for the first time.
