For example, new roofs, window frames, and facades have been installed, the brickwork repaired, and the floors reinforced. At the rear, the existing balconies have been completely renovated.

The renovation focused heavily on sustainability. The floors, roofs, and walls have been re-insulated. All apartments now have underfloor heating and LED lighting.

A style of its own
All apartments have been finished to a high standard and have a unique style. Designed by Heyligers Architects, the style can best be described as "Amsterdam chic meets Scandinavian minimalism." This style embodies a wealth of detail, moldings, and clean lines, natural materials, minimalism, and a serene tranquility. The apartments feature a wide range of light tones, combined with dark steel façades. Unlike standard clear glass, the steel façade features ribbed glass, creating a unique atmosphere. The light oak flooring, laid in a Hungarian point pattern, the white panel doors, the moldings around the windows and doors, and the classic skirting boards create a luxurious feel.
